Alexandra had a Kundalini stirring in 2012 and released Kundalini Shakti from the root in 2016. Since 2020, Alexandra has been in upper process; navigating non-dual awareness and unity consciousness opening. This embodied experience contributes to her perspectives and ways of correlating the transformation that occurs with Kundlaini Transmission as stimulus to awakening.

From 2015-2018, she was in an intensive apprenticeship with a Toltec teacher who transmitted "Light" and offered formal Kundalini Shaktipat initiation. During this time, Alexandra learned to navigate the intense personal clearing process that comes with Kundalini rising and energy generating spiritual practices. As a result, Alexandra is uniquely qualified to educate, assist, and support those who find themselves in the transformative fires of the Shakti force. She offers mentorship and consultations to those wishing to better understand and benefit from their active spiritual process.

In 2019, Alexandra studied with Venant Wong and Sigrid Brelid to transmit raw Kundalini prana-Shakti and has been offering Kundalini Activation and Non Dual Transmissions full time since then.

In 2023, Alexandra graduated from a 2 year course to facilitate Spiritual Constellations and Spiritual Healing. Her teacher, Ron Young (healingwisdom.com) has instilled deep foundational tools to sustain consciousness development and spiritual awakening in a potent, stable, grounded and embodied manner with the purpose of being of service to others. These ideas and methods permeate all of Alexandra's offerings. 

Alexandra’s work is built on the foundation of love-compassion. She is a devotee of Divine Mother. Movement to the mother reestablishes one in the power of the Life field that brought you here so that we can receive the natural abundance of our beingness. The movement of Shakti Ma is one of deep personal healing and liberation from the suffering of separation. As Her divine energy is increased in the body, awareness of the greater Spiritual Reality does too. Transmission work is a time honored method of accelerating spiritual development. Over time, one becomes immersed in the grace of divine communion and Life becomes one of following the Dharma towards fulfillment and peace.
